– Extract “PRESS ROOM SELECCIONES.rar” with winrar and copy .cpk file to:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\Steamapps\Common\Pro Evolution Soccer 2019\download\
– Open and select DLC in DpFileList Generator (by Baris or MjTs)
– Add .cpk as last checked, generate new DpFileList.
Note:
in the images of Colombia only they are of sample due to that in the middle of the edition change of model of press room
